A Therapeutic Qigong Workshop, focusing on the Wild Goose Qigong form will be taking place:
10.30AM - 1.30PM ON SUNDAY 9TH JUNE
BOTANIC GARDENS (KIBBLE PALACE SOUTH WING
ROOM), WEST END, GLASGOW
This will be a unique opportunity to learn the first part of this amazing Therapeutic
Qigong sequence in beautiful, natural surroundings, in a small group. If weather permits and everyone would like to, we can
hold the Workshop outdoors.
Suitable for both beginners
to Therapeutic Qigong as well as those who have attended a Workshop before and would like to go over what they learned.
A 7 day Therapeutic Qigong holiday will also be taking place from 2nd November 2019 on Spain's unspoiled Canary island, La Gomera.
WHAT IS THERAPEUTIC QIGONG?
Therapeutic Qigong is a type of self-healing and is powerfully energising as well as therapeutic.
This amazing Qigong form feels light, peaceful and relaxing to do and resembles a Tai Chi form. Being a totally unique type
of Qigong it imitates the movements of a carefree bird and involves slow, flowing moves to absorb positive 'chi' energy from
your surroundings as well as some faster moves to release negative energy. After practising Therapeutic Qigong you normally
feel calm, healthy and revitalised.
There will be a break at an appropriate point in the workshop for tea and conversation.
Please note: Places on this workshop will be limited to 8, so if you'd like to attend,
early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
