A new morning Qigong Class for Health and Relaxation is starting soon in the Stockbridge area of Edinburgh!

In this class we will focus mainly on a set of Qigong exercises (called the Tai Chi Qigong) which are simple and easy to learn, yet very effective
for bringing about a feeling of relaxation and peace of mind, while gently exercising the body. They are ideal for people
of all ages and most levels of fitness and can be modified to suit those who need to sit down.
The class will be suitable for those who would like to commit to a 5 week block as well as those who would prefer to
drop in (subject to space availablity). After a 5 week block you may remember some of the Qigong exercises and be able to
practise them effectively in your own time. This class will give you the opportunity to learn some simple relaxation
techniques, without having to remember any complicated movement sequences.
£50 for 5 week course/£12 per class to drop in.
Spaces are limited so early
booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
