In this class we will focus mainly on a set of Qigong exercises (called the Tai Chi Qigong) which are simple and easy to learn, yet very effective
for bringing about a feeling of relaxation and peace of mind, while gently exercising the body. Qigong is ideal for people
of all ages and most levels of fitness and is a type of self-healing, based upon the same principles as acupuncture. It resembles
Tai Chi and is a type of mindful movement.
The class will be suitable for those
who would like to commit to an 8 week block as well as those who would prefer to drop in (subject to space availablity). After
an 8 week block you may remember some of the Qigong exercises and be able to practise them effectively in your own time. This
class will give you the opportunity to learn some simple relaxation techniques, without having to remember
any complicated movement sequences.
Cost: £78 for 8 week course/£12
per class to drop in.
