Advanced Beginners Tai Chi and Qigong Course (Wednesdays, 5.15pm, from 20th October 2021) Suitable if you're in Part 3 of the form

Intermediate Level Tai Chi and Qigong Course (Mondays, 5.15pm, from 18th October 2021) Suitable if you're in Part 6 (square form)

Morning Qigong Relaxation Course/Classes: Mondays, 10.30 -11.30am, from 18th October 2021.
 
Evening Qigong Relaxation Classes: Wednesdays, 6.45 -7.45pm (from 20th October 2021)
 
 
 
 
This can take place either online via Zoom or if you're based in the Edinburgh area, face to face outdoors if the weather is suitable.
