Online Live Tai Chi & Qigong Relaxation Courses/Classes/Lessons

The following online Tai Chi & Qigong Relaxation Classes/Courses are taking place via Zoom.
 
The zoom classes are run in as 'interactive' a way as possible with Hazel giving clear descriptions of the moves and postures throughout the class. There are also opportunities to ask any questions at certain times during the class. The classes usually open 15 minutes before the advertised time, so there is a chance for everyone to have a chat before the class begins if they'd like to, making it as close as possible to a 'face to face' class. There will usually also be time to talk after the class.
The classes are accessible to people from all over the world.
One to one lessons are also available - either online or face to face outdoors if you live in the Edinburgh area.

Continuing Beginners Tai Chi and Qigong Relaxation Course (Wednesdays, 5.15pm from 12th Aug - 16th Sep ) Suitable if you've done at least one 6 week course

Advanced Beginners Tai Chi and Qigong Relaxation Course (Mondays, 5.15pm, from 10th Aug - 14th Sep) Suitable if you're in Part 2

This can take place either online via Zoom or if you're based in the Edinburgh area, face to face outdoors if the weather is suitable.
