Advanced Beginners Tai Chi and Qigong Relaxation Course (Wednesdays, 5.15pm, from 31st March 2021) Suitable if you're in Part 2 of the form

Intermediate Level Tai Chi and Qigong Relaxation Course (Mondays, 5.15pm, from 29th March 2021) Suitable if you're in Part 3 or 4 (square form)

Round Form Tai Chi and Qigong Relaxation Course (Mondays, 7.00pm, from 29th March 2021) Round form class -Suitable if you've completed the Square form and have progressed to the Round form.

This can take place either online via Zoom or if you're based in the Edinburgh area, face to face outdoors if the weather is suitable.
